Product & Design Quality - I haven't gotten it yet but wanted to tell you how much I love you guys anyway
Customer Service & Shipping - I haven't event received the magnets yet but I am very satisfied with the customer service. I spoke to one of the designers and he was great. I also used your online "Sarah" and she was great. Would definitely order from you again and as I said, that's without even seeing the product yet.
