Product & Design Quality - Magnets turned out great!
Customer Service & Shipping - Replied to the approval notice only to find out later that they had not received it on their end. This would create a delay in processing which in turn meant I would not be able to meet my customers deadline. They did comp a very small percent of the over night shipping which still left me with and additional $50 out of pocket to keep my customer happy.!
