Product & Design Quality - Magnets look great, just as I hoped.
Customer Service & Shipping - My original image was not good and I was not contacted. I had even asked customer service when I submitted it and was told it was fine. I only found out when I contacted the company about the delay. I was then told to submit a better image. And, I then had to start the wait time over. So, I did not have the magnets in the time period I wanted or expected. Representatives were friendly and accessible.
