All our magnets are made in USA from the highest quality recycled material. You can judge the quality by reading the product specifications and seeing our clients. We expect our customers to seek satisfaction about the quality of the magnet before placing their order.

What is the difference between car magnets and refrigerator magnets sold on your website?
Refrigerator magnets or indoor magnets usually refer to the magnets used for indoor promotions and they stick well over a refrigerator door or other metallic surfaces. Car magnets or outdoor magnets work perfect during the outdoor promotions and they are UV protected. These outdoor magnets can withstand onslaught of temperature, water, moisture and other environmental changes.

How thick are your magnets?
We offer magnets in 20, 25 and 30 mil thickness. Indoor magnets are available in 20 MIL and 25 MIL and outdoor magnets in 30 MIL. Outdoor magnets can withstand most weather conditions.

Are your magnets eco-friendly?
Yes, our magnets are eco-friendly and it is created out of high-quality recycled materials. We strongly object petroleum derived promotional raw products and magnets that are shipped from Asian countries. We have taken utmost care to avoid similar production techniques. We believe that this small precautionary measure from our side will bring big positive change in the atmosphere.

How many sheets of paper do your magnets hold?
Our bigger magnets can hold about 2-4 sheets of paper and smaller ones can hold just a single sheet of paper.

Can I stick indoor magnets over stainless steel surfaces?
Magnets possess high affinity towards iron clad ferrous surfaces which means there are all chances of a stainless steel surface detesting a refrigerator magnet.

Can I stick car magnets over non –ferrous surfaces such as stainless steel, fiberglass, and aluminum?
No, magnets adhere only to ferrous iron surfaces which means it is not worthy of trying them over surfaces such as aluminum, stainless steel and fiberglass.

Do you charge for artwork?
No, we offer it free. We work with customers until proofing approval is met.

How does personalization differ from customization?
Personalization means adding personal contact information over the magnets and this term is generally used for magnets created to promote individual business or a small business managed by a single person. Customization is a broader term and it encompasses all processes under branding. It can involve replacing the images shown in our website with your own brand symbols or redesigning the whole magnet from a scratch to meet your branding requirements. 

Do you provide the exact color that I want?
There is a vast difference between what you see in real and final print on the product due to reasons such as printing process, choice of color and printing surface. Colors may change during the printing and lamination process. We cannot assure 100% accuracy in colors due to the aforesaid reasons. We will try our best to deliver to you the exact color matching with symbols such as logos, brand colors, etc.

How can I send you my designs?
After product checkout, you can upload the design or email us at art@cmagnets.com.

What file formats do you accept?
We accept print ready files in PNG, PDF, TIFF, EPS, AI and JPG format. 

Can I use more colors for printing?
We generally follow 1 or 4 color imprint pattern, but you can definitely use more colors. In addition, we do not charge anything for extra choice of colors. 

Can I see the design proof of my expected layout?
Yes, we provide free design proof of an expected layout within 24 hours from ordering.

How can I get my design proof?
After the layout is done, we will send you the online design proof via email.

Do you charge anything extra for design proof?
No, we don't charge anything for the online design proof and zero payment is required until the approval of it.

Do you charge anything extra for multiple versions of the same design?
We offer free art set up which means you are not charged anything for trying multiple versions of the same design.

How long does it take for you to ship promotional magnets?
The order goes into the production stage after the customer approves the online design proof. The online design proof is emailed within 24 hours. Payment is sought after approval on the design proof and then the order goes into the production. The product will be shipped within 2- 5 working days depending on quantity and other complications of production. Note: At times, shipping may be delayed by a few days due to unavoidable situations such as labor problems, weather conditions and shipping delays due to strikes, some natural calamities, etc.

Can I cancel the order?

Do you offer discounts on all orders?

Can I order less than 50 magnets at a time?
For various reasons, we have set different ordering quantities for various magnets, and we cannot go below listed minimum quantities.

SHIPPING

How do you ship the products?
We offer three shipping modes – Free shipping (2-5 days), FedEx (2 Days) and Standard Overnight shipping.

How do I know about shipping charges?
Shipping cost estimation feature is integrated in our shopping cart for easy calculation of shipping charges incurred on an order. It is calculated on factors such as weight of order, location and preferred shipping method.

Do you ship to all places within USA?
Yes, we do ship to all states within the USA.

Do you offer free shipping to all states?
We offer free shipping to all states except for Alaska and Hawaii.

Do you ship to Europe, Asia, Africa or Australia?
No, we strictly sell our products within USA & Canada.

Do you offer drop shipping?
Yes. When an order is shipped to multiple locations, the largest order charge to one location will be considered as free shipping. There will be extra shipping charges to any additional location.

What to do if I receive a damaged order?

Do I need to pay any sales tax?
Sales tax will only be collected for orders shipping to North Carolina.

Can I claim a refund?
If the product has born any manufacturing defect or any other defect during transportation, we can replace the product free of charge. For any other issues independent of Custommagnetsdirect.com, the discounts are not generally provided. We can definitely consider your request if the reasons are valid. Please contact our customer services department at 855-762-4638. Refunds are at the discretion of CustomMagnetsDirect.com. Returning of blank items will have a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.
