Product & Design Quality - Looked just like the mockup did.
Customer Service & Shipping - Talked to several customer service reps and they were extremely helpful. I appreciate the reps speaking English. Keep this on shore, I'll pay extra in the future knowing this.
Product & Design Quality - Exactly what we wanted!
Customer Service & Shipping - The website made it sound like they would be here in 7 days; it was close to 14 days.

Product & Design Quality - I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I was struggling to get my design just right, and the Custom Magnets team reached out to my via phone to let me know there was a problem with my proof. And this was after I had signed off on the proof and submitted it for production! That would not happen with much of the competition. We ended up working through several iterations to get my design just right. I was so impressed and so pleased with the service I received. I highly recommend this company!
Customer Service & Shipping - The customer service was the best I've had from any company in years. There are actually people who answer the phone and help you. The production time and shipping were efficient and I was very happy with the final prodyuct. Quality was excellent as well.
