Product & Design Quality - Well made magnet.
Customer Service & Shipping - The color was incorrect on my first order, due to an error by the company. To their credit, they took full responsibility and reprinted the order correctly at no additional cost. It even arrived earlier than expected. Excellent, fast service with no run around.
