The only suggestion that I have is to permit people to change the shipping option before they checkout.
In this case, I needed the magnets for Saturday, and due to image issues, was not able to get everything wrapped up until late last week.
I also did not realize it would take 3-4 days to actually create the magnets.
Thus, it was only after I placed my order that I saw the delivery date wasn't going to make it, but did not see a way to change the delivery method.
Therefore, you may want to permit people to change delivery method after image proof approval to ensure they can get what they want when they want it.
