Customer Service & Shipping - We received our order and 2 boxes of someone else's order. I went on the website right away to notify you and was told someone would contact me. 2 days later I received a message, but we were out of state and I was unable to call back until the next week. I had to leave a message and still haven't heard from anyone and still have this other person's order.
