Product & Design Quality - I was pleased with the approval process and with the finished product.
Customer Service & Shipping - Everything was very quick. I called to find out when to expect the item because the website did not mention how it would be shipped. The person I spoke to was courteous and knowledgeabble. The items were shipped quickly.
